My career began in human resources, career coaching and organisational psychology, where I worked with individuals, leaders, human resources, career coaching and teams to build self-awareness, resilience, and positive workplace culture. Over time, I saw how many people ticked all the boxes of success, yet still felt disconnected or unfulfilled.
That realisation inspired me to create Leid By Design — a space where science meets energetics.
